Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and client requirements.
• Facilitate team collaboration using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in software development or IT services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management frameworks.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
